I am joining the Air Force and will be at Technical School for 5 months. I wanted to know if my husband and son would be able to move to my tech school location with me.

I have no idea…however…this is such a good question I have to congratulate you for being one of the very few to ask a non knuclehead question.

Very Good indeed.

That said I knew more than one guy living off base with a spouse while in Army AIT. My school was 6 months.

As things change often and the actual location may play a factor…along with base policy…and that can change with commanders…best thing to do is check with the Recruiter. He/she will know overall policy and can check on the base policy. The where factor may be available apartments off base. I doubt they will have on base housing available for students…..but ya jus don’t know until you ask the correct folks.
