I took my laptop to the geek squad because it was running slow, they soon called me and said its not looking good that I have exactly 155 viruses on my laptop. But they could fix it for $ 200.00. But I am curious what their definition of a virus would be. When I’ve used McAfee or windows to scan my laptop previously nothing has ever popped up. Could there term virus be a sham and it could really be something else like spyware?

Don’t go to geek squad. Even if there are that many viruses on your computer you can get rid of them all with software you can download for free. Don’t pay 200 for their service.
