Question by : Is it bad to be serious about your job?
One of the managers at my job said that she wanted us to have fun as well as that we were always so serious and she didn’t want any “dead beats” on her shift. I’m a serious person and I care a lot about my job despite disliking it so much. I thought you were supposed to be serious about your job? Any inputs?
