My Laptop is out. I have power to the unit but nothing is loading at all. No screen, no hard drive, nothing. So I am thinking maybe the CPU or motherboard maybe out. I need the data on the unit. Any ideas or suggestions. How much does Geek Squad charge?

Backing up on a regular schedule would have been the best option but now you may or may not be able to recover the files.
Most likely from your description of problem the operating system has crashed or the hard drive has failed. Press F8 repeatedly at start up to enter start options choose safe mode and back every thing of importance up to CD, memory card, flash drive, external drive. Then do a system repair or re install using built in system restore or recovery or a set of recovery disc.
You can remove the hard drive buy and install into a 2.5 inch hard drive USB enclosure connect to another PC and open the drive and copy the files needed. This only works if the hard drive has not failed. Cost around $ 10.00 to $ 20.00
