No, you need to have a digidesign interface for Pro Tools LE or an M-Audio Interface for Pro Tools M-Powered.

They are both essentially the same Pro Tools program, but an LE system will not work with an M-Audio interface much like an M-Powered system won’t work with a digidesign interface. LE systems come with an interface, which is why they cost more. If you are looking to save money, Pro Tools M-Powered can be purchased along with any number of affordable interfaces like the Fast Track USB or Fast Track Pro. Keep in mind that Pro Tools comes with a few plug-ins, but is fairly bare-bones, so to really have plenty of tools to work with you will have to spend more money.

The bottom line is that Pro Tools will not work with your on-board sound card. FL Studio is free to try and you can use that sound card, but I really suggest that you get an interface if you plan on making music with your computer. Built-in sound cards are nothing but trouble for recording software.
