First we analyze your business needs and processesThen we work with you to define and optimize the business process work flows of your organizationFrom these models we are able to identify what can be automated, where manual processes and external systems need to be integrated, and ways to streamline the business processThe software design team and Software Architect then model the various architectural view points of the system to provide the development team with the blueprints for the systemWe then test the system to ensure quality and to verify that the delivered software conforms to the design and fulfills the business’ requirementsWe document the software architecture of the implemented software, back-up & recovery process, as well as the results of the system testingContinued support and mantainance of the software by designing enhancements and resolving any issues with the implemented systemThe whole system development life-cycle (SDLC) is planned and exe cuted using standard development strategies, design patterns and processes (such as Agile Methodology and eXtreme Programming (XP) for projects requiring Rapid Application Development (RAD), and the Unified Process (UP) for more complex and mission critical systems) to ensure our custom software, rich media interfaces, and system integration components/scripts are scaleable, reusable, and tested before production to ensure quality. What we needCandidates are professionals who design and develop Web applications by using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework 4 specifically ASP.NET MVC 3. The company is building a range of applications, from high-traffic .NET web applications with thousands of concurrent users and e-commerce functionality, to complex reporting and analysis tools. The company requires a solid background working with C#, or VB.NET, along with the MVC framework, good JavaScript skills, integrating with external APIs and SDKs, as well as LINQ queries exper ience. Advanced C# experience is preferred; basic C# required. Incumbents will be under the direction of the Software Architect, who is responsible for designing and testing the systems.
