This is quite hard to calculate as both contain Creatine. In future by a protein that is free from Creatine to make it work easier and more effectively. I have listed the most ideal times to take for muscle growth and supplement effectiveness.
Day 1-5 if training (Creatine Loading Phase)
1 scoop of Cell Tech as soon as you wake up (not 1 serving)
30 minutes later Breakfast (include 1 serving of Nitrotech)
Post workout 1 scoop of Cell Tech
30mins post workout 1 scoop of Nitro tech.
Day 1-5 if not a training day (Creatine Loading Phase)
2 scoop of Cell Tech as soon as you wake up (not 1 serving)
30 minutes later Breakfast (include 1 serving of Nitrotech)
Between lunch and dinner 1 scoop of Nitro tech with food
After day 5 Training days
Breakfast include 1 serving of Nitrotech
Post workout 1 scoop of Cell Tech
30mins Hour post workout 1 scoop of Nitro tech
After day 5 Non Training days
1 scoop of Cell Tech as soon as you wake up (not 1 serving)
Breakfast include 1 serving of Nitrotech
Between lunch and dinner 1 scoop of Nitro tech with food
There are a lot cheaper supplements that will give the same results though.
