I have enroll in a pharm tech course but I would like to work in a pharmacy while I complete the course. I know some pharmacies will train you but I also wanted the book knowledge. Plus I thought the online coursework would be a good resume booster. I’m also planning to move once i save enough money and I wanted the online coursework to fall back on when I move.

I would check out those pharmacies then. If they will train you, then of course you can work as a pharm tech while they train you. Whether or not you take classes on the side makes no difference at all.
However, my first guess is to say no. If you aren’t trained as a pharm tech, I don’t see anyone hiring you as one. But, check out those pharmacies you said you know about. Seems they would give far better answers than anyone here.
