I already looked on the website (Geek Squad) and it laid out the basics, but really didn’t go into detail about the different plans available or the warranty duration/price. anyone who knows or bought a plan with them for a PS3 please answer. Or if could share your thoughts about it (worth it/not worth it) go for it.

The Geek Squad Black Tie Protection Plan covers any defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. The plan price depends on the console you buy and the size of the PS3 hard drive. It will either be $ 59.99 or $ 79.99. BBY also offers a monthly plan on PS3 consoles for $ 4.99 per month and this can be cancelled at any time. If you have a problem with your PS3, simply bring it into the store and a working PS3 will be sent to your house in about 48 hours.
