I am currently studying in City Tech with GPA 3.2 and 23 credits total, but will increase to 33 credits after Fall semester ’09. I want to transfer to Baruch for accounting major, in what GPA they will accept me? when should I apply as a transfer students? should I finish Fall semester to apply?

Yes U can..U can get into CUNY honors Baruch if u had around 3.5 GPA… so to enroll in the regular program, yes
